Miss Universe Guam 2014 was Brittany Mesa Bell. She was crowned during the Miss Guam 2014 pageant finals, which were scheduled to be held on October 28' 2014 at Hyatt Regency, Guam. Miss Universe Guam 2013 Alixes Scott crowned her successor Miss Universe Guam 2014.

Eight beautiful contestants competed for the crown from amongst which Brittany Bell became the new titleholder for the year. The other delegates that participated were Courtney Murphy, Cristina Tabet, Jerena Blas, Jerilyn Pangelinan, Joycelynn Atalig, Loriann Rabe and Shanniqua Mendiola.

Brittany Mesa Bell represented Guam at the Miss Universe 2014 beauty pageant which was held in Doral, USA on January 25' 2015.

During the same event Miss Guam 2014, the country’s representative for the Miss International beauty pageant was also selected. Loriann Rabe was crowned as the Miss International Guam 2014. She represented the country at the Miss International 2015 beauty pageant.
