Miss Universe Myanmar 2014, the second edition of Miss Universe Myanmar pageant, was held on 26th July 2014 at the National Theater in Yangon, Myanmar. Sharr Htut Eaindra was crowned Miss Universe Myanmar 2014 at the conclusion of the event, which witnessed twenty finalists competing for the title. Sharr succeeded Moe Set Wine, Miss Universe Myanmar 2013.

Sharr also won the Miss Myanmar-Thailand friendship contest. Her court comprised of the first runner- Yoon Mhi Mhi Kyaw and the second runner-up Shwe Sin Ko Ko. Top 5 also included Sweety Ko and Zun Than Sin.

All the twenty candidates who competed in the finale of Miss Universe Myanmar 2014 were Chuu Nadi Khin, Eaint Myat Noe, Hazel Nyi Nyi Htun, J-Naw Maria, Khaing Mee Mee Zaw, Lin Latt Wint, May Zinmar Ko, Poe Ei Phyu Sin, Poe Kyar Phyu, Queenie, Sharr Htut Eaindra, Shwe Sin Ko Ko, Su Myat Noe Kyaw, Su Nandar Aung, Sweety Ko, Thaw Ri Kyaw, Yoon Mhi Mhi Kyaw, Yoon Yati, Zu Zu Myint Lwin, and Zun Than Sin (in alphabetical order).
