Miss Earth Bosnia & Herzegovina aka Miss Earth BiH is an annual national pageant responsible for selecting the representative of Bosnia & Herzegovina for Mis Earth pageant. Bosnia & Herzegovina made its debut at the Miss Earth pageant in the year 2002, and even ended up winning the crown.  The first Miss Earth BiH 2002, Dzejla Glavovic won the title of Miss Earth 2002. However, she was dethroned later for not fulfilling her duties and replaced by Winfred Omwakwe of Kenya.

Since 2010, the franchise of Miss Earth has been in the hands of Miss Earth BiH.

Bogdana Trifkovic is the reigning queen - Miss Earth Bosnia and Herzegovina 2014; she was crowned as such at the finals of the 2014 edition of the pageant held on September 19' 2014. Her court included Miss Earth Air BiH 2014 - Almis Mesihovic, Miss Earth Water BiH 2014 Bojana Lazic, and Miss Earth Fire BiH 2014 - Milena Tunguz. Bogdana competed in Miss Earth 2014, though, could not make it to the semifinals. She will crown her successor at the finals of the Miss Earth BiH 2015 pageant to be held in September.
