Miss World Malta is an annual national pageant in Malta that selects representative of Malta for Miss World international pageant. The pageant has been held annually since its formation in the year 2002. Prior to 2002, Malta's representative for Miss World was selected by the national pageant Miss Malta.

The reigning Miss World Malta is Anthea Zammit.

2017

Miss World Malta 2017 was held on 10th June 2017. Michela Galea was crowned as the winner, and will represent Malta at the Miss World 2017 pageant.

2016

Miss World Malta 2016 was held on June 18' 2016 at the Piazza Theater in the capital city of Valletta. The outgoing queen Kattrina Pavia, Miss World Malta 2015, crowned Anthea as her successor. Anthea will now represent Malta at the Miss World 2016 pageant.

2015

Miss World Malta 2015 was held on May 2' 2015 at the Royal Opera House Valletta. The outgoing queen Joanne Galea, Miss World Malta 2014, crowned Katrina Pavia as her successor at the conclusion of the finals. Katrina represented Malta at Miss World 2015 pageant. However, she remained unplaced.

2014

Miss World Malta 2014 was held on May 3' 2014 at Pjazza Teatru, Valletta, when Joanne Galea was crowned the winner. She went on to represent Malta at Miss World 2014 pageant in London, England. She, however, remained unplaced at the finals.
