Miss Grand Philippines is the latest entry to beauty pageants held in Philippines, commencing from 2014. It is chaired by Beauty-Queen maker and Stage & Pageant Director Mr John Dela Vega.

The finals of the inaugural edition of the pageant were held on August 16' 2014 at GT-Toyota Asian Cultural Center, Diliman, Quezon City, Philippines. The reigning Miss Grand International Janelee Chaparro of Puerto Rico and the owner of Miss Grand International - Nawat Itsaragrisil will also attended the event.

Kimberly Karlsson was crowned Miss Grand Philippines 2014 at the conclusion of the pageant, and she will now will represent Philippines at Miss Grand International 2014 pageant to be held in Bangkok on October 7' 2014.

In 2013, Annalie Forbes, who was the first runner-up at Binibining Pilipinas 2012, represented Philippines at Miss Grand International 2013, and was placed the third runner-up at the event. Miss Grand International pageant made its debut in the year 2013 when the first edition of the pageant was held on December 19' 2013 in Bangkok, Thailand.
