18 years old Alicia Aylies bested six other contestants to clinch the title of Miss Guyane 2016, and earn the golden chance to compete at the Miss France 2017 pageant. Miss France 2017 finale is scheduled to be held on 17th December 2016.
A student of Law, Alicia won the jury with her pretty smile and amicable attitude. She has always been interested in the world of beauty pageants, and always wanted to explore more in this field. Alicia defines herself as someone who is honest and has a friendly attitude. She also added that she is definitely going to complete her Law studies, but if something interesting comes up her way in the modelling world she will grab it.
She believes that she will be a good choice for Miss France 2017, as Alicia brings in herself the unity in diversity concept, and will preach the idea with simplicity. Alicia likes challenges and believes that the Miss Guyane pageant was a challenge in itself for her, but at the same time it’s also an honour.
