Binibining Pilipinas 2017 pageant has took off and the 40 finalists have already started their charity event. The Bb Pilipinas Organisation is taking the competition a notch up this year, as there is a change in the format of the pageant. According to the Organisation, this year’s edition of the Binibining Pilipinas beauty pageant will give bigger score to the interview portion, a.ka. the Q&A.
The contestants this year have already started their journey, and their first destination was Rizal Hospital in Pasig City. All the 40 finalists were dressed in a sea green top paired with denim. The girls visited the pedia Ward and met the children with utmost love and care. They spent time with the children and distributed toys and gifts to the little ones. It’s really amazing that national pageants like Bb Pilipinas train the girls to work towards the charitable organisation, in a way, preparing each of them for the international platforms.

This year we might witness a bit of sibling rivalry on the Bibining Pilipinas stage, as sisters Dindi and Kimberly Pajares compete for the crown. Asia's Next Top Model Cycle 2 finalist Katarina Rodriguez is also competing for the title this year. Kata is now officially Binibini 31 for Bb. Pilipinas 2017 pageant under Aces and Queens Beauty camp.
