Cloie Skarne, 21, is Filipino actress/TV anchor KC Concepcion’s half sister. And she will be a participant in Miss Universe Sweden 2016. The event will take place in Stockholm on 28th August, 2016. The Miss Universe pageant will be held in Philippines next year in January. The winner will be crowned by the reigning Miss Universe Pia Wurtzbach, who is also a Filipino.

Cloie is an ambassador for Operation Smile Philippines. She is the daughter of Gaby Concepcion with ex-wife, former model and actress Jenny Syquia. After divorcing Gaby, Jenny remarried and Cloie adopted the surname of her step father, Filip Skarne.
Currently, Cloie is in Manila vacationing but she hasn’t forgotten that she needs to be at her fittest to be able to win the title of Miss Universe Sweden this year. She shared a video of her and her sister, KC Concepcion, working out together on Instagram.
