Emilia Seppänen has been crowned as Miss International Suomi 2016 (Miss International Finland 2016) at the culmination of Miss Suomi 2016 pageant held on May 13’ 2016 in Finland. She succeeds Miss International Finland 2015 Saara Ahlberg of Helsinki. Now Emilia will represent her country Finland at Miss International 2016 set to be held in Tokyo later this year.
At the same event, Shirly Karvinen was crowned as Miss Suomi 2016 (Miss Universe Finland 2016) and will now represent Finland at Miss Universe 2016 pageant, while, Heta Sallineni was adjudged the first runner up and will now represent Finland at the Miss World 2016 pageant.
Miss Finland 2016 finale was judged by a panel of juries, which included Miss Finland 2004 Mira Salo, and many more prominent personalities of Finland.
The event which was held at Vanajanlinna Pavilion, with a gorgeous lake view, was live telecast on TV Nelonen. It was the pageant’s consecutive 79th edition, being one of the oldest and most traditional national pageants.
The 22 years old Finland beauty Emilia hails from Helsinki. She is gorgeous and owns a personality that can easily attract people. Standing tall at a mesmerizing height of 5’7”, the beauty is determined and is ready to be a tough competition to her co-competitor at the Miss International 2016 pageant.
