For all those who couldn’t make it to the auditions of the much awaited Miss World Philippines 2016 pageant, here is some good news. All those aspiring beauty queens still have the chance to make their dreams come true.

Yes!! The Miss World Philippines along with CQ Global Quest is continuing their search for the girls who will represent Philippines at the Miss World 2016 pageant. The final screening will be held on August 29 at the B Hotel in 14 Scout Rallos St., Brgy. Laging Handa, Quezon City.

The general screening of the Miss World Philippines 2016 took place on August 18’ 2016. And the screening saw some real stunners from the training camp Aces & Queens. Model Catriona Gray and Sandra Lemonon were two ladies who stood out in the crowd. Catorina shared that she looks up to Miss World 2013 Megan Young, who was also under the same group before she won. The Filipino-Australian model also has a blog and sings.

 "Well, I held a benefit concert, my project is the Paraiso Bright Beginnings Project. I’m in partnership with an organization called Young Focus and they are situated in Tondo Manila and they help provide free accessible education to the kids there. So I’m raising funds so that they can procure another building to make a school because there are so many children that are in need of education and in their circumstance, they may not necessary have access to it. So I'm working to raise funds to allow that to become a reality for these kids," shared Cationa while talking about her advocacy to Rappler.

Cory Quirino, CQ Global Quest manager talked about the expectations for the candidates and said that a candidate should be a young woman who is “very smart, beautiful, and has a very special place in her heart for charities for Miss World.” “Nananawagan kami sa lahat ng magagandang candidates, please join Miss World Philippines. You might be the next Miss World,” she added.

The Miss World Philippines Organisation aims at completing the official list of contestants on the day of final screening. The Miss World Philippines 2016 Grand Coronation Night will be aired on September 25, 10:00 p.m., on GMA Sunday Night Box Office (SNBO). The winner will represent the Philippines at the Miss World pageant in December.
