Here is some new scoop on the Miss USA and Miss Universe beauty pageant that you would love to hear. If reports are to be believed, the Miss USA and Miss Universe beauty pageants will be hosted in the city of entertainment, Las Vegas.

The President of Miss Universe Organisation, Paula Shugart had reportedly hinted on the same in few of her statements. When asked if the MUO is considering a three years deal with Las Vegas, paula said, “Right now, we’re here for this show. But we definitely are looking at and we have started to talk about a long-term residency in Las Vegas for our pageants: Miss USA and Miss Universe. Look around — why wouldn’t I be back here? This is Las Vegas. Las Vegas is our second home. We’ve always put on amazing shows here. Our new owners, William Morris Endeavor International Management Group, love Las Vegas because it’s exciting — it’s great. They know how to put on events, and that’s really what they’re all about as far as what kind of show they can deliver. Frankly, we deliver the best shows when we’re here in Las Vegas.”

Miss USA 2016 pageant will air on Fox as a three hour telecast from Las Vegas on June 5’ 2016. Both Miss USA and Miss Universe beauty pageant were previously owned by Donald Trump, who eventually sold the organisations at the start of his presidential run.

Paula also shared that this year is going to be an even bigger show than it was when it was held at Baton Rouge. “This will be a bigger show than Baton Rouge, and we have some great talent. The fact that The Backstreet Boys are kicking off their summer tour with this show brings a lot of excitement to it, and also with Chris Young. We’re bringing in a lot of great talent. Everybody loves being in Las Vegas, so we hope we will be calling this home for a long, long time to come.”

The finals of Miss USA 2016 will be held on June 5’ 2016, and on June 1’ 2016 the Preliminary Competition of Miss USA 2016 was held to select the Top 15 finalists.  Actor, TV Host and author Terrence Jenkins - more popularly known as Terrence J – has been tapped to host this year's Miss USA.
