Luisa Andrea Soemitha was crowned Miss Earth Indonesia 2016 at the conclusion of the pageant finale held on August 5’ 2016 in Jakarta. Luisa will now represent Indonesia at the Miss Earth 2016 pageant. Luisa Andrea Soemitha succeeds Belinda Pritasari, Miss Earth Indonesia 2015 who represented Indonesia at the Miss Earth 2015 pageant held on December 5’ at Marx Halle in Vienna, Austria, but remained unplaced.

Luisa Andrea Soemitha battled out 27 other beautiful ladies for the title. She will now be facing a major responsibility and challenge of bringing a title to Indonesia at the Miss Earth 2016 finalr.
