The finale of Miss Universe Norway 2015 pageant which was held on August 30’ 2015, concluded with the crowning of Martine Rødseth Hjorungdal as the winner. The finale was held at Open Stage in Oslo and Martine was announced as the winner, after her sheer hard work and months of practice. She will now represent Norway at the Miss Universe 2015 pageant.
This is not Martine’s first time in beauty pagents, and she has had her share of experience in the world of pageantry. She competed in the Miss Universe Norway 2014 and was placed as the fourth runner-up. She didn’t give up and tried this year too. Martine competed with around 150 aspiring candidates and was able to secure her place in the race towards winning the title of Miss Universe Norway 2015. Martine also had an added advantage as she competed in the year 2014 and has been through all the training sessions. At the same event, Cecilie Andrea Røising was adjudged as the first runner-up, Sonia Singh was adjudged as the second runner-up, Christine Berge was titled third runner-up and Dina Lillian Nielsen was adjudged as the fourth runner-up.
The renowned eyebrow stylist Fred Hamelt complimented the new winner and said that Norway has a strong contender for the Miss Universe 2015 pageant.
