Miss Mexico 2018 held its Semifinal Competition on May 04, 2018 in the Imperial Hall of Villa Toscana Events in the city of Hermosillo, Sonora where all the 32 contestants paraded in swimsuits and evening dresses and subsequently were presented to the jury to be interviewed individually.
At the same night, Miss Jalisco 2017 Lezly Díaz was crowned Miss Grand Mexico 2018. She will represent Mexico at Miss Grand International 2018. Looking stunning in a green backless gown, Lezly definitely rocked the evening gown competition. At her coronation, Lezly starred in a golden sequence and lace gown which made her look even more beautiful.

On her coronation, Miss Jalisco 2017 exclaimed, “I can only say thank you JALISCO, thanks MEXICO ... and a thousand thanks to all the people who have supported me on this path” on her social media handle.
Lezly placed in the top at 5 out of 6 challenges in the national competition before the finale. She won the second place at the Beauty with a Purpose round whereas she won the Beach Beauty round, beating all the other ladies with her charm and perfect body.
