The splendid finale of Miss Malaysia World 2016 held on August 27’ 2016 at Corus Hotel Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia concluded with the crowning of Tatiana Kumar as the winner. Tatiana will now represent Malaysia at the Miss World 2016 pageant. She defeated 19 other finalists to clinch the coveted title of Miss World Malaysia 2016.

18 years old Tatiana stands tall at a towering height of 176cm. Tatiana is the daughter of a French Mother and hence she has studied French since her childhood. She is fortunate to have inherited her fashion model mother’s lithe body and stunning looks; and her great talent for dancing from her father, who is a Malaysian-Indian. Tatiana is well travelled and has a burning ambition to work for the United Nations, or any organization that benefits underprivileged children.
Tatiana succeeds Miss World Malaysia 2015 Brynn Zalina Lovett, and will now represent Malaysia at the Miss World 2016 pageant. Malaysia is yet to win a Miss World title. However, the country has shown good performance over the years. Malaysia has placed 7 times in total. The highest placement of Malaysia in Miss World was achieved by Lina Teoh Pick Lim, Miss World Malaysia 1998. She was Second runner-up to Linor Abargil of Israel.
