Meet the beauty queen Saymel Vega Gallardo, who is competing for the honourable title of Miss Peru Universe 2016.
Saymel will be competing with 31 other contestants! She possesses the charm that makes her look different from rest of the finalists. Also, her towering height and exquisite facial features are the most attractive characteristics of the beauty queen.
Saymel hails from Chongoyape district and has had her share of experience in the world of pageantry. She competed at the Miss Chiclayo 2015 pageant, and was placed at the second level.

At Miss Peru Universo 2016, the reigning Miss Perú, Laura Spoya, will crown her successor at the end of the event. Laura Spoya was crowned as Miss Peru Universo 2015 at the end of the mesmerizing finale held on June 2, 2015. She defeated 43 candidates from different districts, cities and regions of Peru to clinch the crown.

This year a total of thirty one beautiful contestants will be competing for the honourable title, which is scheduled to be held on April 23' 2016 in Peru. The winner of Miss Peru Universo 2016 will represent Peru at the Miss Universe 2016 pageant. Previously, the delegates of Peru for Miss Universe were sent through Miss Peru pageant. The pageant will be televised live on Panamericana Television.
