Meet the gorgeous representative of Moquegua, Rossi Vargas, competing for the coveted title of Miss Peru Universe 2016.

The 22 year beautiful contestant is a graduate in Career Management and Strategic Marketing. Her hobbies include playing soccer and athletics. Her aim is to establish her own company to promote tourism in Moquegua. Rossi feels that she is ready to make the difference and has already outlined plans to promote an eventual reign.

Earlier, Rossi was crowned Miss Moquegua 2015. Also, she was one of the candidates of the Regional Government of Moquegua in the beauty pageant that was held in 2014.

By winning the honourable title, Vargas wants to highlight the attractions of her region, in addition to the motivations for improvement and strength of its population.

What makes Rossi a powerful finalist is her beautiful smile and big bright eyes!

The winner of Miss Moquegua noted that currently she is promoting an interesting project for women with cancer. She explained that "all deserve to be beautiful" so it promotes the donation of female and male hair for making wigs that will be donated to patients with the disease.

This year a total of thirty one beautiful contestants are competing for the honourable title, which is scheduled to be held on April 23' 2016 in Peru. The winner of Miss Peru Universo 2016 will represent Peru at the Miss Universe 2016 pageant. The pageant will be televised live on Panamericana Television.

At the finals of Miss Peru Universo 2016, the reigning Miss Perú, Laura Spoya, will crown her successor at the end of the event. Laura Spoya won the Miss Perú 2015 title at the end of the mesmerizing event held on June 2, 2015. She defeated 43 candidates from different districts, cities and regions of Peru to clinch the crown.
