Stephania Stegman from Paraguay who was crowned Miss Supranational 2015 on December 4’ 2015 made her first visit of the reign at the "Boulevard 2016 Carnival" on January 8’ 2016.  The eighth version of "Boulevard 2016 Carnival", which was held for the second time in Cambódrono, was attended by the very famous Hispanic queen, Sofia del Prado besides the reigning Miss Supranational, Stephania Stegman.

The parade featured all Bolivian beauty queens, except for Miss Bolivia Universe 2013 Claudia Tavel, who was busy for an international beauty pageant. The newly crowned beauty queen, Stephania Stegman was overwhelmed by her reception at the "Boulevard 2016 Carnival". She took the occasion to express her gratitude towards the President of Bolivia Evo Morales for her warm and cordial welcome.

During the "Boulevard 2016 Carnival", the sanguine and graceful Paraguayan beauty, Stephania Stegman was found donning a traditional and eye-catching costume during the carnival.  Prior to the carnival, Stephania also published a video on her social media handle saying that "Boulevard 2016 Carnival” is going to be utterly breathtaking, thereby inviting all her fans to join the carnival. Stephania was also quite ecstatic to taste the Bolivian delicacies during her stay, the joy of which glossed over her social media handle as she wrote: “I am already in Bolivia to fulfill my duties as Miss Supranational. But first of all we should try local food recommendations! This is the Bolivian fried Empanadas with cheese! Delightful!!”

Stephania is thoroughly enjoying her reign and is looking forward for her upcoming visits to fulfill her duties and responsibilities as the reigning Miss Supranational. With every passing day, she is proving herself to be one of the most endearing Miss Supranational winners ever!
