After passing her esteemed reign and the crown to her successor as Binibining Pilipinas 2016 at the scintillating gala night held in Philippines, which saw Maxine Medina as the winner, reigning Miss Universe Pia Alonzo Wurtzbach is back on her path to execute her advocacies as an international beauty title holder.
The Filipino beauty queen took to her Instagram handle to express her schedule, saying that she was hoping to go to see the quake-victims in Ecuador.
“Wasn’t quite ready to leave yet and I really do hate saying goodbyes but duty calls! Next stop… Peru! And a possible Ecuador trip in the works (fingers crossed it pushes thru) I have you all in my thoughts and prayers!” Wurtzbach stated.

The death toll from the hazardous earthquake that flustered Ecuador had climbed to more than 500.
“Thank you to my amazing team for helping me prepare for my final walk as BInibini. Back to Miss Universe duties now!” she added.
The 26-year-old beauty queen, Pia Wurtzbach yesterday (April 22’ 2016) landed in Peru.
Sharing the news to her Netizens, Pinay queen posted a photo of her on Instagram, captioning the photo with: “Just arrived in Peru. Loving it already and I can't wait for tomorrow's activities. Oh and by the way, it's my first time in Latin America."
