Miss Universe 2016 finale concluded on 30th January 2017 with the crowning of Iris Mittenaere of France. While there were some who couldn’t make it to the semi- finals list, the after-party of Miss Universe 2016 brought everybody together to celebrate the success of the contest. So, on the eve of the MU finale, Okada Manila welcomed the candidates to the After Party.
The guests were excited to meet the contestants and take pictures with them, while the press was also present to interview the girls. The event was also graced by the outgoing Miss Universe Pia Wurtzbach, who came along with Marlon Stockinger. The two made a gorgeous pair on the red carpet. Marlon walked in first and was later followed by Pia, but they stopped to pose for photos together as well.
In fact, the reigning Miss International Kylie Verzosa, along with the reigning Miss Earth Katherine Espin, was also present among the guests for the night. Kylie was also seen enjoying the event with former Miss USA beauties, Olivia Jordan and Nia Sanchez.

Iris Mittenaere of France was crowned as the winner at the conclusion of the Miss Universe 2016 pageant. 23 year old Iris hails from the capital of fashion, Paris. She was born in a town known as Lille, which is located North of France. The stunning beauty stands at an astounding height of 5’ 8” and has a degree in Dental Surgery. No wonder, her best feature is her gorgeous smile!
