The contestants of the 2016 Miss Universe beauty pageant visited the headquarters of the Philippine Navy on Thursday and were welcomed gratefully. Along with the delegates from various countries, Miss Universe 2015 Pia Alonzo Wurtzbach was also present. Take a look at some of the pictures of their visit.

The Philippine Navy headquarters are located at Naval Station Jose Andrada, Roxas Boulevard, Manila. The beauties dropped in on 19th January 2017, before heading on their way to Batangas for the sunset party. The Philippine Navy is led by Vice Admiral Ronald Joseph Mercado, flag-officer-in-command.

The stunning delegates of the 65th edition of the renowned Miss Universe beauty pageant and the reigning beauty queen were accompanied by an elite Naval Special Operations Group at the Commodore Divino Pier’s M/Y Happy Life yacht from where they continued their journey to the island resort in Batangas.

The contestants had a great time chatting and getting to know about the people of the Navy and bonded well during the cruise to the island, where they were later amused at a sunset party. Among the delegates, there were Misses Bolivia, Germany, Angola, Croatia, Belize, Panama, Costa Rica, Georgia, Curacao, Sri Lanka, Iceland, and Bahamas.

The Filipino beauty queen who has been enjoying an extended reign, Pia Wurtzbach will pass on her crown to one of the delegates of this year’s Miss Universe contest, on 30th January 2017, at the SM Mall of Asia Arena in Pasay City, Manila, in Philippines. Who do you think it will be??
