Miss Universe 2016 fever can finally be felt as the arrival of the contestants begins. In just three weeks, a new beauty queen will be crowned and Pia Wurtzbach will finally pass on her legacy to her successor. The finals are scheduled for 30th January 2017. This year, the arrival of contestants also marked another noticeable feature along with the girls– their luggage.

Delegates this year are travelling with big suitcases and we cannot help but wonder what’s in those bags. But, one contestant who is breaking the internet with her suitcases is Miss Universe Thailand 2016 Chalita Suansane. Chalita is carrying 17 suitcases along with her for the pageant. Yes, you heard that right 17!! Chalita made a buzz on social media when her send-off photo showing her 17 suitcases went viral. Chalita travelled via Thai Airways with her suitcases containing all her belongings for the 65th Miss Universe pageant. She arrived in the country on Tuesday evening.

Netizens noticed her grand number of suitcases and speculated what she could be carrying in all those bags. Two days before her departure, Chalita posted a picture with 11 of her suitcases on her Instagram. The beauty queen also created a buzz when she unveiled her national costume for the Miss Universe 2016 pageant.

Chalita is 22 years of age and stands at an astounding height of 5’ 7”. The beauty hails from Samutprakarn. The beauty is currently pursuing her studies in Microbiology from the Mahasarakham University. The gorgeous is often described as enthusiastically curious and also an amazing learner. She loves to explore and experiment. She has a great interest in discovering about the microscopic life and its features.
