The magnificent finale of Miss World America 2016 held on July 8’ 2016, concluded with the crowning of Audra Mari as the winner. Audra succeeds Miss World
America 2015 Vanessa Mendoza and will now represent USA at the Miss World 2016 pageant. Audra defeated 27 other finalists to clinch the coveted title.
Standing tall at an astounding height of 5’10, Audra is of both American and Filipino descent. Audra is not new to the pageant and has a good amount of titles under her belt. She was the Miss North Dakota Teen USA 2011, and won the first runner-up in the national of the same pageant. She also won Miss North Dakota USA 2014 and was the first runner-up in Miss USA 2014. She is a student of Public Relation and Communication. She enjoys visiting her family's lake cabin, wake surfing, and snowmobiling.
At the same event, Shivali Patel was titled first runner-up, Sasha Perea was adjudged second runner-up, Michelle Pierrot was adjudged third runner-up and Andrea Hightower finished as fourth runner-up. In addition to announcing the winner and the runners-up, a series of Special Awards were also awarded to the contestants under the following category –
