Nigeria and Trinidad and Tobago are Back at Miss World 2015

The fortnight has passed since Miss World 2015 kick started! While Nigeria and Trinidad and Tobago have been a celebrated sash at Miss World, having one winner each in 1986 and 2001 respectively, both countries were rumored to withdraw from this edition of the pageant.  Nonetheless, beauties from both Nigeria and Trinidad and Tobago made a luxurious comeback in the pageant last evening.

Nigeria’s Unoaku Anyadike and Trinidad & Tobago’s Kimberly Farrah Singh officially joined Miss World 2015 in People’s Republic of China and are now equipped to play a part in Miss World 2015. The two contestants have travelled myriad miles to be a part of Miss World. The stunning divas were soon caught up with the reporters and shutterbugs as soon as they landed in their destination! The ladies shared their sincere feelings about being the latest contestants to join the competition, and missing out on the first two weeks of adventures!

Unoaku Anyadike, Miss Nigeria expressed: “To be honest, I do feel bad about joining late. I feel like I have missed a lot of things but you know what, I am still confident and I know I can make it to the top. The girls here are really nice and they’ve all welcomed me with open arms so I feel loved and very excited to be a part of the competition.”

While Miss Trinidad & Tobago, Kinberley Farrah Singh revealed: “I am really excited to finally be here. It has been a difficult journey but things worked out and I’m blessed to have made it to here to Miss World.”
