The National Pageant season has begun and while the countries are busy searching for the perfect candidate for the 2017 international pageants, a newly introduced international pageant recently crowned its winner. Queen of Brilliancy International 2017 contest held in Taiwan this 24th day of February, 2017 crowned Ecuadorian beauty Ena Cordova as the winner.

Ena Cordova is not new to the world of pageant, and has previously participated at Miss Intercontinental 2014 where she qualified among the top 16. This was the second edition of the pageant, and the finale was held at Taipei City, Taiwan, Republic of China. At the same pageant, Cuba was titled as the first runner-up, Macedonia was adjudged the second runner-up, Portugal was placed as third runner-up and USA finished as the fourth runner-up.

Brazil, Chile, China, Cuba, Czech Republic, Ecuador, Lithuania, Diana Voevutki (Macedonia), Moldova, Portugal, Romania, Russia, South Africa, Ukraine and USA made it to the Top 15 finalists. In addition to announcing the winner and the runners-up, a series of Special Awards were also awarded to the following contestants under the categories –
