Nepal is on the voyage of searching the next Miss Grand Nepal. For the first time the country is conducting a separate pageant to find the delegate for the Miss Grand International 2016. The winner of Miss Grand Nepal 2016 will represent the country in the Miss Grand International 2016 pageant.

Miss Grand Nepal 2016 is being organized by Mero Looks while event would be managed by Revolution Pvt. Ltd. Previously, Srijana Regmi, Ashmita Sitoula and Jenita Basnet were part of Miss Grand International pageant representing Nepal. This is the first time a separate pageant is being held in Nepal to select the delegate for Miss Grand International.

There are a total of 10 finalists competing for the coveted title of Miss Grand Nepal 2016. The 10 gorgeous ladies are –

On January 5th 2016, a press meet was organised at Trisara, Kathmandu wherein the Organisers shared the details related to Miss Grand Nepal contest. The team for the Miss Grand Nepal includes, Asmita Sitoula the choreographer, Shivangi Lama is the designer, Akanshya Gurung makeup and Milan Lama is the photographer.

Auditions were conducted in different cities - Kathmandu, Chitwan, Butwal, Pokhara and Itahari – to select the contestants.
