Sofie Klejnstrup Nielsen (Miss Christianshavn) has been crowned as Miss Supranational Denmark 2016 at the end of the finale of Face of Denmark 2016 held on May 14’ 2016 in Copenhagen. Sofie Klejnstrup will now represent Denmark at Miss Supranational 2016 pageant to be held later this year.
At the same event, Christina Mikkelsen from København (Copenhagen) was crowned Face of Denmark 2016, Sara Skals Danielsen (Odense) was crowned Miss International Denmark 2016 and Alexandria Eissinger (Roskilde) was crowned Miss Earth Denmark 2016. The three winners will now represent Denmark at Miss Universe 2016, Miss International 2016 and Miss Earth 2016 respectively.
The 22 years old beauty queen Sofie Klejnstrup Nielsen (Miss Christianshavn) hails from Odense, Denmark and currently lives in Copenhagen, Denmark. The Danish queen works as a Professional Model at Boss Model Management in Denmark.
Sofie Klejnstrup Nielsen was crowned and sashed by the outgoing queen Mia Laursen.
The scintillating gala was attended by so many eminent personalities. The panel of judges included the first Miss Earth winner from Denmark, Catharina Brink, Miss Denmark 1986 Pia Rosenberg (who placed second in Miss International 1986), and Miss Denmark 1963 Aino Korva (who placed second in Miss Universe 1963).
