Miss India is a beauty pageant in India that selects three winners who represents the country at International pageants like- Miss World, Miss International and Miss United Continent. Earlier, Femina used to send the winners to Miss World, Miss Universe, and Miss Asia Pacific International pageants, respectively. However, in 2010, Femina Miss India decided that they would no longer send a representative to Miss Universe, and abandoned the Miss Universe franchise, choosing instead to allocate the third winner to represent India in Miss International pageant.
The 52nd edition of Femina Miss India has commenced with its auditions in various regions. The 2 city pageants that were scheduled to be held in Delhi and Kolkata, are now over and the winners for the pageants are declared. As reported by us previously, Apeksha Porwal was crowned as the winner for Miss India Delhi 2015, joining the league we have Miss India Kolkata 2015 - Tanya Hope.
Kolkata auditions for Femina Miss India were held on 6th Februrary, 2015. The grand finale of the event was held at Swissotel Kolkata, India on February 10, 2015, where Tanya Hope was crowned as the Miss India Kolkata 2015. The other winners on the same event are as follows-
Ruchira Mookerjee was crowned as the First runner up of FBB Femina Miss India Kolkata 2015 and the Second runner up of FBB Femina Miss India Kolkata 2015 is Zennyla Bhutia

The winners were also honored with Gift Vouchers, by the title sponsor “Fbb”- Fashion for Big Bazaar.
