As Miss Trinidad and Tobago 2015 is on its way to the finals, the winner will represent T&T at the Miss World 2015 pageant to be held later this year. Along with the Miss World, T&T is now also aiming to complete is circle of Big 4 pageants. After a gap of 3 years, Trinidad and Tobago will be making a comeback at the Miss International 2015 pageant. T&T will be sending its delegates for the Miss International 2015 pageant to be held on November 5’ 2015 in Japan.  

Miss International (Miss International Beauty or The International Beauty Pageant) is an annual international beauty pageant held since 1960. Miss International is one of largest beauty pageants in the world after Miss World, Miss Universe and Miss Earth and is also one of the most publicized beauty contests in the world. Contestants are expected to serve as "Ambassadors of Peace and Beauty", demonstrating tenderness, benevolence, friendship, beauty, intelligence, ability to take action, and, most importantly, a great international sensibility. The ultimate goal of the Miss International beauty pageant is to promote world peace, goodwill, and understanding.

Serving more dish to the plate, the twin islands also announced its comeback to the Miss Earth 2015 pageant, as it missed out on the 2014 edition. The Miss Earth pageant abides by the axiom of “Beauty With A Cause.” It will be interesting to watch the beauties from the twin islands exhibiting the radiance at two more international pageants. With the official announcement of sending delegates to all four Big 4 pageants, T&T had spread its reach to the Big 4 titles.

The current Miss International is Valerie Hernandez of Puerto Rico who was crowned on November 11, 2014 in Tokyo, Japan. The current Miss Earth is Jamie Herrell of Philippines who was crowned on November 29, 2014 in Philippines.
