The finale of Miss Egypt World 2016 pageant was held on 18th September 2016 and Nadine Ossama was crowned as the winner. Nadine will now represent Egypt at the Miss World 2016 pageant.

At the finals of Miss Egypt World 2016, Merray Azer was titled first runner-up and is expected to represent Egypt in Miss Grand International 2016. Rewan Adel was the second runner-up and will compete in Miss Eco 2017. Sandra Said made it to the third runner-up and will travel to Japan to compete in Miss International. Merigan Said made it to the fourth runner-up and was crowned as Miss Tourism International Egypt.
