Miss World Philippines 2016 was the sixth edition of Miss World Philippines Pageant. The Miss World Philippines 2016 Grand Coronation Night was held on 2nd October 2016. The gala finale culminated with the crowning of massive crowd favourite, Catriona Elisa Magnayon Gray. Gray will now represent Philippines at the sixty-sixth edition of Miss World 2016 to be held on 18 December in Washington D.C, USA. The 22 year old model Gray succeeds last year's winner Hillarie Danielle Parungao.
At the same event, Arienne Louise Braga Calingo (No. 05) was adjudged as the first runner-up, Ivanna Kamil Suficiencia Pacis (No. 18) was titled as the second runner-up, Marah Munoz (No. 21) was adjudged as the third runner-up and Sandra Raymundo Lemonon (No. 08) finished as the fourth runner-up.
During her reign, Catriona will work with charities that benefit children in need and also join movements of supporting women and children’s rights and many more advocacies.

The first edition of this pageant was held in 2011, it was previously held by Binibining Pilipinas. Julia Morley (owner of the Miss World Org), who personally awarded the franchise to Cory Quirino in Manila, said that she has no intention to offend Stella Araneta, the head of the Binibining Pilipinas Charities Inc. Her goal was to focus more on the organization’s vision, which is to raise fund for their beneficiaries.
