Miss Earth South Africa 2016 pageant was held on 8th September 2016 and concluded with the crowning of Nozipho Magagula as the winner. Nozipho succeeds Miss Earth South Africa 2015 Carla Viktor, and will now represent South Africa at the Miss Earth 2016 pageant.
At the same pageant, Jeanine Keet was crowned Miss Air, Elne Van Coller was crowned Miss Water, and Mireesha Narsai was crowned Miss Fire.
The 2016 Miss Earth South Africa saw 16 gorgeous contestants competing for the title. The 16 finalists of Miss South Africa 2016 were –

Miss Earth SA is a leadership programme that aims to empower young women with the knowledge and a platform to create a sustainable difference in combating the destruction of SA’s natural heritage.
The programme also helps to create an awareness of sustainable development, wildlife and the conservation of the country’s natural legacy.
