The 25th edition of Miss Nepal, i.e. Miss Nepal 2019 was held on 9th May 2019 at Laboratory H.S. premises, Kirtipur, Nepal as twenty six contestants competed to represent Nepal in Big 5 International beauty pageants. It was the silver jubilee anniversary of the pageant and witnessed tremendous performances by the ladies. Before this edition, the winners to the Big 4 pageants were crowned through the pageant but this year, Miss Supranational Nepal was also added as a new title.

At the end of the event finale, Anushka Shrestha was crowned Miss Nepal 2019 and became the official representative of Nepal in Miss World 2019. Along with her, Pradeepta Adhikari was crowned Miss Universe Nepal 2019, Riya Basnet was crowned Miss Earth Nepal 2019, Meera Kakshapati was crowned Miss International Nepal 2019 and  Rose Lama was crowned Miss Supranational Nepal 2019.

Top 14 comprised of Nisha Pathak, Sophiya Bhujel, Riya Basnet, Anushka Shrestha, Jenny Maharjan, Pradeepta Adhikari, Nitika Sarah Karmacharya, Rose Lama, Rakchya Upreti, Meera Kakshapati, Suveksha Adhikari, Nancy Bogati, Shiwani Ghimire and Pratha Adhikari while Top 7 were comprised of Sophiya Bhujel, Riya Basnet, Anushka Shrestha, Pradeepta Adhikari, Rose Lama, Rakchya Upreti and Meera Kakshapati.
