Miss Universe Vietnam 2019 (Hoa hau Hoan vu Viet Nam 2019), the fourth edition of Miss Universe Vietnam national beauty pageant, was held on 7th December 2019 at Crown Center in Nha Trang, Khánh Hòa, Vietnam. At the conclusion of the finale, H'Hen Nie Miss Universe Vietnam 2017 crowned Nguyen Tran Khanh Van as Miss Universe Vietnam 2019, and she will now represent Vietnam in Miss Universe 2020 next year.

Her court comprised of first runner-up Nguyen Huynh Kim Duyen and second runner-up Pham Hong Thuy Van. Nguyen Thi Huong Ly and Dao Thi Ha were the remaining Top 5.

Top 10 also included Luong Y Nhu, Pham Thi Anh Thu, Le Thu Trang, Le Hoang Phuong and Vu Quynh Trang, and the remaining Top 15 finalists were Kieu Thi Thuy Hang, Nguyen Diana, Lam Thi Bich Tuyen, Vu Thi Hoa Lien and Nguyen Dang Tuong Linh.

Like the 2017 edition, the competition was accompanied by a reality TV series called I Am Miss Universe Vietnam 2019 in which the Top 60 contestants were put through challenges and training programs in each episode, and basis the performance during the show fifteen contestants were eliminated before the preliminary competition. Top 44 contestants (one contestant withdrew before the preliminary competition) then moved on to participate in the preliminary competition on 3rd December and the finale on 7th December.
