Cloudia Shinta Bestari, a student of Universitas Brawijaya who is majoring in Political Science, is representing Kalimantan Utara in Miss Indonesia 2018. She has keen interest in the field of modelling and beauty events and has also won the title of a hair beauty product as a model. Her academic achievements include Traffic Pioneer in Batu City 2013 while she was also the winner of Young Journalist Competition in 2014. Cloudia is also active in various organizations such as Volunteer Masyarakat Relawan Indonesia (MRI) Batu, Aksi Cepat Tanggap (ACT) rock city chapter, and Paguyuban Puteri Kartini Malang.
