The organization of Miss Mundo Dominican hosted the coronation for the 2021 edition on 4th September 2021 at Barceló Bávaro Grand Resort in Punta Cana, Dominican Republic where Celinee Santos Frias was crowned Miss International Dominican Republic 2021. Hailing from representing San Francisco de Macoris, 22 years-old Celinee stands 180 cm tall and is pursuing her law degree.
Not new to pageantry, she represented Duarte at Miss Dominican Republic 2019, where she finished in the Top 6. Later in December 2019, she represented Dominican Republic at Miss Intercontinental 2019 in Sharm El Sheikh, Egypt and finished in the Top 20. With her experience and her amazing personality, Frias has also become a strong contender for the Miss International 2022 crown.
