Edymar Martínez from Venezuela was crowned Miss International 2015 on 5th November 2015 in Tokyo, Japan. Martinez was a young model by that time. She began her modelling career with the "Organization Intermodels Venezuela" in her native Puerto La Cruz. In December 2010, 15 years of age, Edymar participated in the contest Miss Teen Beauty Venezuela representing the state where she was the winner, and this being her first experience as regard to the beauty pageants, was actually great for her. Edymar has covered campaigns for the magazine ‘Trends’ and Biglidue also. She was 20 years of age and bested 70 other contestants in the Miss International 2015.
