Miss Nederland 2019 held its grand coronation night on 30th June 2019 where Sharon Pieksma was crowned Miss Netherlands 2019 and became the official representative of Netherlands in Miss Universe 2019. She succeeds and was crowned by Miss Netherlands 2018 Rahima Ayla Dirkse.
Sharon is a model by profession and made quite a mark at the national contest. The 24-year-old Dutch beauty is a confident woman who knows what she wants. She took part in Holland’s Next Top Model at the age of seventeen when she was a little heavier and had to leave the competition. This made her to start exercising more and win the confidence she now has on herself. She will surely be a strong competition to the other ladies in the international level.
