Alina Sanko was crowned Miss Russia 2019 on 13th April 2019 in opulent ceremony from Moscoe’s Barvikha Luxury Hall. The 20-year-old is currently studying architecture from Moscow State University of Land Management. Before entering the pageantry, Sanko had worked as a model for an online catalogue. She likes fine arts, literature and painting portraits. She also won the All Russian School Competition on Architecture and Arts. Her personal motto is “you can’t find happiness; you can only create it yourself”.
