The splendid finale of Binibining Pilipinas 2017 concluded with the crowning of Binibini 31 Katarina Sonja Rodriguez as Miss Intercontinental Philippines 2017. Katarina succeeds Miss Intercontinental Philippines 2016 Jennifer Hammond, and will now represent the Philippines at the Miss Intercontinental 2017 pageant.
Binibini 31 Katarina Rodriguez was seen during Season 2 of Asia’s Next Top Model as one of the Top 3 finishers. Standing tall at 5’7”, Katarina has the face to command attention and the brains to match with her good looks. She has great communication skills. She is a student in De La Salle University (DLSU), taking up Philosophy and Business Management. She is a member of the DLSU Women's Track and Field Team.
The finale of Binibining Pilipinas 2017 started with the introduction of the 40 contestants. All the delegates took the stage to introduce themselves to the audience. Dressed up in glittery cocktail dresses, the girls looked gorgeous. At the same pageant, Binibini 19 Rachel Louise Peters was crowned as Bb Pilipinas 2017 and will represent the country at Miss Universe 2017 pageant.
Binibini 15 Maria Angelica de Leon was crowned Bb Pilipinas International 2017, Binibini 22 Chanel Olive Thomas was crowned as Bb Pilipinas Supranational 2017, Binibini 39 Elizabeth Durado Clenci was announced as Bb Pilipinas Grand International 2017, and Binibini 18 Nelda Ibe was crowned Bb Pilipinas Globe 2017. Binibini 32 Charmaine Elima, and Binibini 40 Kristel Guelos finished as first and second runners-up respectively.
