Citlaly Higuera has been appointed to represent Mexico at the prestigious Miss International 2017 beauty pageant. The stunner was titled as the first runner-up in Nuestra Belleza Mexico 2017 as well.
The head of Mexicana Universal Organización (formerly Nuestra Belleza Mexico), officially made the announcement on her official Facebook page, expressing confidence that the beauty will bring the country’s third International crown.
On her achievement, the beauty said, “I will do everything in my power to bring that third crown to Mexico.” Blessed with amazing features and toned body, Citlaly will be one of the strongest bets at the competition.
The beauty will be competing with some of the talented and beautiful contestants from around the world at the 2017 Miss International finals in Tokyo, Japan, this November. Reigning Miss International, Kylie Verzosa will crown her successor at the finale night.
