Miss Wales 2016 pageant will take place later this year, and the finalists for the same have already been selected. A total of 42 stunning contestants have been shortlisted to compete for the coveted crown of Miss Wales.

Miss Wales 2016 finalists are - Amanda Louise, Autumn Mason, Bryony Thomas, Carys Chambers, Chanel Stevens, Chloe Dobbin, Chloé Kempster, Clare Phillips, Dione Leigh Rose, Elin Gibbon, Ellie Lewis, Emily Griffiths, Emily Lauren Teague, Emma Khammaneechan, Ffion Moyle, Gabriella Francésca Jukes, Georgia Phasey, Harley Edwards, Hiral Narbad Shah, Katie Rose Grills, Kelly Smith, Kelly Sutherland, Khethiwe Ncube, Khloe Watkins, Kirstie Huggleston, Laura Emma Cross, Laura Mitchell, Lauren Jade England, Lauren Parkinson, Louise Rose Hughes, Natasha Johnson, Nikita Shadrach, Paige Gershenson, Rachell Fleet, Samantha Crutcher, Sophie Bell, Sophie Leyshon, Taylor Barrington, Tonicha Harlow and Victoria Grinnall.

These finalists will go through various sessions of rigorous training and other Preliminary Competitions including – sports, beauty with a purpose, top model and beach fashion. At the conclusion of the finale of Miss Wales 2016, the reigning queen Emma Jenkins will crown her successor. Wales made its debut at the Miss World pageant in the year 1999. Wales made its highest placement in the year 2012 when Sophie Moulds bagged the first runner-up title. Helen Morgan the infamous Miss World 1974 winner who was dethroned after 4 days was also from Wales she also bagged the first runner-up crown at Miss Universe 1974 pageant.
