Kateřina Šimonková to represent Czech Republic at Miss Aura International 2021

The 16th edition of Miss Aura International i.e. Miss Aura International 2021 is scheduled to take place from 20th September to October 5th, 2021 at the heavenly  venue- Rixos Sungate Resorts, Antalya city, Turkey. Miss Aura International 2020, Andreia Correia of Portugal will crown her successor at the end of the coronation event.

The Miss Aura International organization recently introduced their official candidate from Czech Republic, Katerina Šimonková, a first-year student at marketing communication department dealing with advertising. On May 15th 2021, Katerina was crowned as the II. Vicemiss Miss Czech Republic 2020 as her childhood dream came true.

 

 

19-year old Katerina stand 177 cm tall and has been a model since the age 13 years and worked in Taiwan, China and also in Greece. Currently, she is widening up the sphere of her professional interest and is training to become a makeup artist. She entered the Miss Czech Republic 2020 competition, saying that a possible success would help her not only in the world of modeling, but also in the promotion of charitable and social projects.

Hailing from Krnov, she is inspired by her mother who is a nurse, Katerina wishes to take after her and be as strong and purposeful as her mother is. She follows the motto that one should do what they love and love what they do. In her free time Katerina likes travelling, doing sports, and going out with her friends, family and her boyfriend.

 

 

Not only beauty is important for success in miss competitions, but also graceful movements and the ability to overcome the fear of performing in front of an audience, which will definitely be a strength for Katerina. For nine years she devoted herself to stage dance at the Krnov Art School under the direction of Irena Špicková. She also enjoyed the theater, so she also visited the playwright Markéta Jurošková Bezrucová at ZUŠ. She has also been athletic since she was a child.

Katerina believes that, “I am mine and I do not play for anything,” is what makes her a strong contender. Her performance during the national competition was highly appreciated and she assures to be the ideal choice to represent the country at Miss Aura International.
