Georgina Kerford crowned Miss Universe Cayman Islands 2021

Miss Cayman Islands Universe 2021, the 44th edition of the national pageant, was held on 18th September 2021 at the Westin Grand Cayman Seven Mile Beach Resort and Spa, George Town, where Georgina Kerford was crowned the new queen and became the official representative of Cayman Islands at Miss Universe 2021.

Georgina Kerford bested eight other stunning contestants to win the national crown. She also wins a $70,000 scholarship, a new Kia vehicle, airline ticket and other prizes. Georgina Kerford is 18 years of age from George Town. She is currently pursuing a degree at the University College of the Cayman Islands in education. Georgina was also a part of our favourites for Miss Universe Cayman Islands 2021 crown.

 

 

Also at the finale, the first runner up was Kimberly Carlos, who also won a two-year educational scholarship and gift certificates. The second-runner position was a tie between Aliyah Harrison and Ashley Crowe, who also won two-year educational scholarships, life coaching, gift certificates and other prizes.

A number of special awards were also presented at the finale –

Miss Most Improved- Aliyah Harrison

Miss Congeniality- Markita Ebanks and Ashley Crowe.

Best Legs- Georgina Kerford and Aliyah Harrison

Miss Photogenic- Georgina Kerford

Best Smile- Ashley Crowe

Best in Gown- Georgina Kerford and Aliyah Harrison

People’s Choice- Aliyah Harrison

 

 

Mariah Tibbetts cut her hair as her last action as Miss Universe Cayman Islands to honor her charity that helps people with cancer as she took her last walk as Miss Universe Cayman Islands 2020. Mariah represented Cayman Islands at Miss Universe 2020 but unfortunately failed to place in the Top 21.
