Metzi Solano was crowned Miss International El Salvador 2018 on 7th July 2017 in an event held at Santiago De María. Among the 22 contestants who competed for the titles of Miss El Salvador Universe, Miss El Salvador International and Miss El Salvador Supranational, three of the most important beauty contests worldwide, Metzi was the winner of Miss International El Salvador 2018. She succeeded the reigning Miss International El Salvador 2017 Fatima Yolanda Mauricio Mangandi.

Metzi Solano is all set to represent El Salvador in Miss International 2018 which will be held later next year. At 25, Metzi has proven that she is the most deserving girl to represent her country in one of the major pageants across the world. She completed her studies at the University of El Salvador.

Metzi Solano is a devoted breast cancer supporter. In October, she did a march for ‘For a world without breast cancer’ campaign in her city, showing her dedication towards the cause. As Miss International El Salvador 2018, she has made sure that information and knowledge about the cause reach the masses and her advocacy helps to build a breast cancer-free society.

Apart from her selfless devotion to the breast cancer cause, Metzi Solano also supports campaigns that help little children who suffer from congenital heart diseases.
