At the conclusion of the grand finale of Ceska Miss 2019 hosted on 25th August 2019, twelve delegates competed for four national crowns and the opportunity to represent Czech Republic and Slovakia in Miss Universe 2019 and Miss Earth 2019. At the end of the coronation night, Klára Vavrušková was crowned Ceská Miss Earth 2019 aka Miss Earth Czech Republic 2019 and will now represent her country in Miss Earth 2019.
She succeeds and was crowned by Miss Earth Czech Republic 2018 Tereza Krivánková. Klara took to her official social media to reveal her emotions in a post captioned, “Thank you all very much for your votes, because without you I wouldn't stand there being Czechoslovak Miss. I really appreciate it and I will try my best with my two titles! Of course, my thanks go to the jury and to all the people who participated in this great competition, also to the family, my loved ones and all eleven beautiful girls with whom I had the pleasure to spend a small part of my life.”
Along with her, three other titles were awarded at the competition; Laura Longauerová was crowned Miss Universe Slovak Republic 2019 while Barbora Hodacová was crowned Miss Universe Czech Republic 2019 and Stanislava Lucková was crowned Miss Earth Slovak Republic 2019. Karolína Kokešová, contestant no 12 was chosen as Czech Miss Internet 2019.
Twelve contestants who competed for the national titles were Stanislava Lucková, Karin Krizova, Ema Mickova, Tereza Bagarová, Valéria Melounová, Barbora Hodacova, Laura Longauer, Martina Antošová, Viviane Kerstin Terschawetz, Klára Vavrušková, Natália Hoštáková and Karolína Kokešová.
Last year, Tereza Krivánková represented Czech Republic in Miss Earth 2018 but unfortunately could not win any placement in the Top. The country is yet to win its first ever Miss Universe crown.
