Stephanie Karam Tovar, a pageant veteran, has been appointed Miss Earth Lebanon 2020 just hours ago and will represent Lebanon in Miss Earth 2020. She succeeds Miss Earth Lebanon 2017 Elsa Antoun as the country did not participate in Miss Earth after 2017.
Stephanie Karam is an accomplished woman who has had a successful run in her career. Not new to the pageantry, Stephanie was awarded Nuestra Belleza CDMX 2015. She then went on to win Miss Lebanon Emigrant Mexico 2016 and then Miss Lebanon International 2016. At 24, Stephanie represented her country at Miss International 2016 but unfortunately failed to place in the Top 15.
In 2019, Stephanie was elected Miss Grand Lebanon 2019 as she earned the right to represent Lebanon at Miss Grand International 2019. At Miss Grand International 2019, she performed with excellence but unfortunately could not place at Top 21. However, Stephanie placed in the Top 20 at the National Costume competition.
With all of her experience in the pageant world and her stunning beauty, Stephanie will definitely be a strong contender for the international crown. Since Lebanon has not participated in Miss Earth since 2017, the country is making a strong comeback under Stephanie’s delegation.
Congratulations to the newly appointed queen.
