At the grand coronation night of Miss Earth Puerto Rico 2019 that took place last night i.e. 5th May 2019 at Ambassador Theatre, the young beauty Nellys Pimentel was crowned the new queen. She succeeds and was crowned by the outgoing queen Miss Earth Puerto Rico 2018 Krystal Xamairy Rivera Barrios at the conclusion.

The newly crowned queen not only took over the prestigious crown, but also the duties and advocacies associated with the title along with a promise to responsibly perform the duties. She will now go on to represent Puerto Rico in Miss Earth 2019 pageant.

Nellys is a young scintillating beauty who is the marketing and psychology student with previous experience in Puerto Rico and has an enchanting dusky complexion. The beauty was one of the favourites since the beginning of the journey. In addition to the new Miss Earth, the new Iconic Model Search award was handed over to Chelsey García who will travel to Thailand to represent the island in a modelling competition. Besides this, the newly crowned queen’s court includes –

First Runner-Up – Krystal Badillo

Second Runner-Up – Johanna Mojica

In addition to this, a series of special awards were also presented to the delegates which encircled –

Miss Photogenic award – Nellys Pimentel

Best Runway Award – Ana Rivera

Best Figure – Chelsey García

The event was definitely a huge success as it witnessed various stellar performances of the beauties from across the island in swimsuits, gala dresses and a final question before the new queen was selected. The event was loaded with immense beauty and glamour.
