Afeya Aneisha Jeffrey was crowned Miss Earth Trinidad and Tobago 2018 at the finale held on 4th August 2018 at Vas Lounge. Afeya defeated six other delegates to win the national crown and the opportunity to represent Trinidad and Tobago at Miss Earth 2018.
The 26-year-old beautiful diva represented Point Fortin at the national competition and gave an outstanding performance. Other than the newly crowned queen, the Top 4 contestants also included –
Miss Earth Chaguanas 2018 Tylah Rattan (Age – 21 years)
Miss Earth Port of Spain 2018 Lauryn Harewood (Age – 18 years)
Miss Earth San Fernando 2018 Celene Sara Mohammed (Age – 21 years)
The finale also witnessed top notch dance performances by the contestants on Hindi songs as the finale commenced to reach its conclusion. Seven beautiful divas competed for the national title.
Afeya succeeds Miss Earth Trinidad and Tobago 2015 Danielle Dollabille. Danielle represented Trinidad and Tobago at Miss Earth 2015 but failed to get placed in the semi-finals. In fact, Trinidad and Tobago have yet to pioneer its win at Miss Earth pageant.
