Miss Global Philippines 2018 is scheduled to take place on 4th August 2018 at Cove Manila and is expected to commence at 18:00 hrs (GMT+8) where nineteen contestants will compete for the national title and represent Philippines at Miss Globe 2018. At the conclusion of the finale event Miss Global Philippines 2017 Mary Ann Mungcal will crown her successor.
The preliminary competitions of the pageant have already taken place and the results of the competitions are out. The prelims consisted of three competitions - Swimwear, Cultural Wear, and Long Gown.

Philippines is yet to pioneer its win at Miss Global pageant. The closest that Philippines has come to winning the crown of Miss Global is when Miss Global Philippines 2016 Camille Jensen Hirro was adjudged the first runner-up at the Miss Global 2016 coronation night.
